Pair Vintage Japanese WWII Military Hand Held DC Voltage Meters, Working
Meters are original not reproductions. Both meters show wear from handling and carton wear (meters rubbing against the carton during travel or shipment.
There is some obvious differences - one meter has metal model identification tag, one meter has had he black paint scraped from the meter glass trim ring (have no explanation why). There set screws on the side of dial housing which should indicate trim ring can easily be removed and re-finished. There is an obvious difference in dial scales.
Both meters have been tested with low voltage (3-4 volts) dry cell on the 10V scale and the response shows correct measurement and meter action. Meter action show no binding, no broken jewels, no contact with glass.

Bidder should have a vintage tube equipment repair technician in mind should repairs or fine tuning be required during ownership of the equipment.
