A brand new engraved stainless steel smooth grooved inskirt rigging ring from Jeremiah Watt Horse Shoe Brand Hardware. Black accents.   Fastens with 4 rivets (not included) and hangs below the saddle skirt at a 5 degree offset allowing latigos to lift away from the horse's rib cage.  The inner ring measurement is 3 inches, outer ring measurement is 4 5/8.  This is for a single ring.
