'The Hofner Shorty Electric Travel Guitar was first produced back in the 1980s and Hofner continue to offer this compact travel guitar for those guitarists who can't bear to be without a guitar even when on holiday! The Hofner Shorty offers full scale length combined with such small overall dimensions that it can be taken anywhere. Comes loaded with a great-sounding Hofner Open Humbucker.
Unique Dimensions
The issue with many travel guitars is the lack of a full scale neck. While a shorter neck means more portability, it compromises the approach and nuances that make a player comfortable with their guitar.
The Hofner Shorty guitars took that issue and did away with it. With a full scale neck, the only part of the guitar that's "shorty" is the body- which makes for a tasteful design that allows the user to practice and travel practically, as well as sensibly.

Return Policy
Refunds are issued within 30 days of the date the customer's order is received. Merchandise and packaging MUST be in the same condition as when received. Items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Alto Music reserves the right to refuse any return if it appears the item has been used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer's order included free shipping, the customer will be refunded order amount, less Alto Music's original shipping cost.
