Set of 4
patches based on the three skull decals seen on the sides of the Serenity (movie) mule hover vehicle.
According to Serenity’s graphic designer, Geoff Mandel, the skulls were meant to represent the number of times the crew has encountered Reavers; a bit like fighter plane nose kill markings.
These were created
using Geoff’s original specs! The graphics, sizing, and coloring come straight from the original decal files, so they are as screen accurate as you can get.
These patches wouldn’t have been possible without Geoff’s kind assistance. Thanks, Geoff!
Now, only three skulls (blue, red, yellow) appeared on the mule, but this set contains four patches? Does that seem right to you? Yes! Geoff created these skulls in the colors seen on the mule, plus one in orange that wasn't used.
Measure 3.625” x 3.875”, exactly matching the dimensions of the original decals.
Iron-on backing, embroidered border.
This is a limited, one-time only, run of 100 sets. A portion of the run was donated to the Can't Stop the Serenity (CSTS) charity event, so limited quantities remain.
