Preparation Instructions
Your child's health depends on proper formula preparation. Do not exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and instructions could result in poor nutrition.

Fill powder to top of enclosed scoop (1 Scoop = 8.5 g)
1 Can makes about 84 fl oz (2485 ml)
Clean
- Wash hands and surfaces with soap and warm water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle.
Measure
- Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water.
Mix
- Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
INGREDIENTS:
Organic brown rice syrup, organic nonfat milk, organic high oleic oil (organic high oleic sunflower and/or organic high oleic safflower oils), organic soybean oil, organic coconut oil, contains less than 1%: organic egg lecithin, organic vanilla, potassium citrate, calcium ascorbate, calcium citrate, ferrous sulfate, inositol, vitamin C palmitate, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, natural mixed tocopherols, zinc sulfate, egg lecithin, niacinamide, vitamin A, calcium pantothenate, thiamin hydrochloride, copper sulfate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, phylloquinone, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, biotin, vitamin D3, vitamin B12.
Contains milk and egg.
WARNINGS:
Never use Microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
Check with your child's healthcare provider on type of water to be used.
Prepared formula must be refrigerated.
Discard leftover formula after feeding.
Store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Cover opened formula can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month.
Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
