    Description

    Amazing art deco compact displaying a fine enamel scene of horses with riders and a fox hound on the chase in a field. Measures 2 and ⅛ inch in diameter and about ⅝ inch tall, weighs 52 grams. The inside is marked with a few hallmarks with 925 and it still has the original mirror. Light surface wear to the enamel with a couple of small flakes at the edges (see pics) otherwise the overall condition is very good. The back has a beautiful machine turned design and the silver around the edges is elegantly engraved.
