Antique Silver plate compact with mirror and make up has wrist chain

Description

This is real nice 10 inche long counting the chain. could not fine maker it is metal and it has a  scene on the front with a sail boat and amen and women on shore and there is filigree around it, the size of the compact self is 3" long and 2 inche wide and 1/2 inche thick. the back does show wear. but I have not tried to clean it . it just the way I found it,
