I picked this up in China about 30 years ago, but I'm sure it's much older (can't give you a dynasty).  According to Chinese culture, a bat is supposed to bring you good luck (the word for 'bat' sounds like the word for 'luck'.  A nice piece for any collector.
I can't claim my Post Office is exactly fast, but they should easily be able to get it to you much faster than if you had something like this shipped to you from China!
