Listed as not working - shipping is way too much for any complaints - I assume the buyer will remove and lubricate the valve prior to service.
Look close at all pictures.  Note missing turn handle shown in first two pictures.  Flange size in last 2 pictures.  I have several of these listed.  Some vary in details.
